AI offensive from diva-e

Technology and knowledge transfer for companies

Digital service provider launches innovative AI Hub and brings AI solutions with an end-to-end approach to companies

One of Germany's largest digital service providers, diva-e from Munich, is launching an AI offensive, the diva-e AI Hub, together with NMA Venture Capital from Hamburg and several European technology start-ups. The aim of this unique initiative is to implement innovative AI solutions from start-ups in the digital projects of well-known companies in a targeted manner and thus drive digital transformation in practice.

According to diva-e CCO Sirko Schneppe, the time is ripe to bring successfully tested AI solutions to the international economy on a small scale. "The current development of GenerativeAI offers many companies great opportunities and, of course, challenges, especially because promising, individual application scenarios for artificial intelligence are still pioneering work. This is where we want to make a concrete start and think ahead and implement industry-typical solutions," he says. The in-house consulting team is responsible for clarifying fundamental questions in this regard.

NMA Managing Partner Nico Lumma emphasizes: "Since 2015, we have been investing in and working with tech start-ups that were early adopters of artificial intelligence as the basis of their business model. With the diva-e AI Hub, we are now taking the next development step and bringing large companies together with highly specialized start-ups as solution providers." Together with diva-e, they have created an offering that is urgently needed on the market when it comes to real competitive advantages and added AI value for companies, adds Managing Partner Christoph Hüning.

There are already viable AI solutions, particularly in the areas of content, marketing and advertising technologies as well as process efficiency, which have already impressed in initial applications with higher conversion rates, greater efficiency, for example in content creation, and better click-through rates. What is missing: solutions such as these must be transferred to the digital business of established companies in a targeted manner and deliver sustainable added value within existing processes. This is because integration into existing systems is often particularly difficult and the use of AI should not mean a complete reorganization of existing, well-established processes. Evolution instead of revolution is the approach that diva-e is pursuing here.

And this is where the diva-e AI Hub demonstrates its second strength, as it acts as a technical interface that enables the seamless integration of start-up solutions with the leading products of diva-e partners such as Adobe, Salesforce, Spryker and SCAYLE. Jannik Egger, Head of Development of the diva-e AI business unit, emphasizes the critical importance of this technology: "Providing this interface is the key to implementing AI applications efficiently, easily and securely in demanding business projects."

Schneppe emphasizes: "Theoretically, a lot is already possible. With our approach of solving specific use cases for companies with the help of AI solutions from highly specialized start-ups in the context of the existing IT infrastructure, we are now also putting AI into practice." Both holistic consulting approaches and innovative AI start-ups that can make a contribution here are in demand. "Anyone who is already developing the technologies of the future today and is interested in working with us is very welcome to join us," Schneppe emphasizes.
