Sure - as long as the position is online, get in touch!
Honestly - we look forward to every application, no matter which way it arrives. As a modern digital enterprise we recommend you use our career portal with its candidate management system - that works flawlessly, saves time, is data protection compliant and saves you the cost of printing out documents and postage. Alternatively, your application can also be submitted to hr@diva-e.com – whereby this data is also uploaded to our application management system.
It is very important to us that the conversation takes place as equals. First and foremost, it's about you and that’s who we want to get to know. You’ll definitely be thinking of the most important career steps and your skills from your CV. Of course, we’re delighted if you have any questions about diva-e. Maybe you’ll have some if you have a look at our homepage beforehand. That way, you’ll know more about our organisation and get a good feel for it as well as our way of thinking and working. In any event, we’ve prepared a corporate presentation for you covering the most important facts and figures.
We’re an informal organisation and that's how we dress. Suits, ties or skirts are not a must. Depending on your position and the occasion, a suit and tie may be part of your daily outfit. Otherwise, we wear casual everyday clothes. In the interview, we'll be there in casual business chic – Chucks and sneakers, jeans and T-shirt, chinos and a shirt, or even in a dress, but never in such a way that you should fear being inappropriately dressed. Dress for the interview so you feel comfortable and authentic – it's about your skills and not your appearance.
We accompany you on your career path from the very beginning and lay the foundations for your individual and personal development at diva-e. Whether you are aiming for a specialist career or a disciplinary management position as a manager in the future, or whether you would like to develop further in your role as a manager, we offer you various development programs.
If your application sparks our curiosity, we’ll invite you for a personal or digital interview. In certain circumstances, we may conduct an initial, brief telephone introduction and then arrange a face-to-face meeting. First, you will get to know those present and learn more about diva-e in a short presentation. We would also be delighted to explain our employee benefits and perks again. Then you’re in the spotlight: We would like to know more about you, your career, your skills and of course, why you would like to join us. There is no set path for the conversation. If you have any questions in between, feel free to interrupt us and ask.
If you have impressed us during the first job interview, a second meeting involving the local Managing Director, HR and, if applicable, another Team Leader takes place. Depending on the position, there may be a short candidate assignment or a trial day. If both sides are happy, we’ll be delighted to make you a job offer.
rom Apprentice to the Managing Director – at diva-e we always use the informal ‘du’ from the very beginning. Of course, this also include candidates.
The main point here is to see how you master an assignment within a certain period of time. You don’t have to prepare anything; we’ll provide the hardware – just be yourself and do the task to the best of your knowledge and ability. Sometimes the process is also the goal ... in any case, you’ll be given feedback straight afterwards by your contact person.
Sure. Let us know in the covering letter that you are happy for us to consider you for other positions. You should also tell us if you prefer a particular location or if you happy to work nationwide. Alternatively, you can also send an unsolicited application via e-mail.
Your documents will be treated confidentially at diva-e. Only the HR team and relevant department colleagues can view your data. After completing the selection process, your data will be deleted in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular DSGVO (GDPR). You will find our privacy policy here.
We’re delighted you’re interested in diva-e as an employer. Would you like to discuss anything or get to know us personally as an employer? No matter by phone or e-mail – our friendly Recruiting Team look forward to hearing from you!

“I am always thrilled when the candidate’s passion and motivation for their job and specialism shine through in their application.”
Daniela, Senior Business Manager HR, Munich
“I’m a fan of well-structured CVs, starting with the newest step in your career at your current employer, highlighting assignments, projects and tools or technologies used. A maximum of five bullet points per step is more than enough.”
Christiyana, People & Culture Manager
“How long is your notice period and what are you salary expectations? This is basic information that I am always interested in.”
Michael, Talent Acquisition Partner Leipzig
“I am always delighted to see applications with no spelling mistakes. One or two are not that bad. Nevertheless, it‘s worth checking your documents before submitting them – an application free of errors simply reads better.”
Steffen, Talent Acquisition Partner Berlin
“For UX or UI candidates, as well as developers, a portfolio or link to a GitHub profile can sometimes be worth a thousand words, so we're always happy to see this kind of information in the application.”
Sandra, Talent Acquisition Partner & Team Lead Munich
“For candidates who do not have a complete CV, but have a lot of practical experience, I find project descriptions – also URL/GIT links – invaluable. Individual projects outside work are just as exciting – they also say a lot about the candidate’s personal interests and values.”
Daniela, Senior Business Manager HR, Munich
“If you get involved in conversation during the interview, you may, in the end, forget your most important questions. No problem – write them down beforehand and bring them with you, or contact us afterwards and ask us any questions you may have forgotten.”
Sandra, Talent Acquisition Partner & Team Lead Munich
