The latest Lünendonk Ranking 2024 confirms once again that diva-e continues to hold its own among the industry's top players and is, as in previous years, one of the market leaders.
In the latest Lünendonk survey, we are once again in the top league of market leaders, ranking alongside industry leaders such as Deloitte and Accenture as one of the most important providers of integrated Digital Experience Services (DXS) in Germany. We are very proud!
Every year, the Lünendonk survey takes a close look at the German digital market and its players in terms of digital experience and identifies interesting trends for the coming years. The digital service providers represented here have a proven track record of combining the various skills in the areas of digital consulting, digital agency and digital technology that are required to build digital experiences along the entire value chain.
Looking at the trends identified by Lünendonk, it is clear that we are in tune with the times, particularly with our increased focus on 'total experience', and that we are one of the first providers to support this concept with appropriate services. Total Experience is often seen in the industry as the key to successful digital transformation, as it extends the focus on customer experience and user experience to include AI and data-driven approaches. For example, 84 per cent of respondents say that strategy, creation, design, media production, systems integration and platform operations need to be considered holistically to deliver an excellent digital experience across the customer journey.

Lünendonk analysed leading digital agencies as well as IT and management consultancies. In addition to observing and analysing the supplier market, user companies from the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) were also surveyed.
