Conclusion expands to DACH region and appoints Tilman Au as managing director

Munich, April 7 2025 - The Dutch business transformation and IT service provider, Conclusion, is expanding its activities into the DACH region as part of its broader European growth strategy. With a strong track record in digital transformation, mission-critical IT and innovative business solutions, Conclusion has built a successful ecosystem model that it now brings to the DACH-market. In addition to expanding into DACH, Conclusion is also growing its presence in the Iberian region, further establishing itself across much of Europe. Tilman Au has been appointed as managing director of Conclusion DACH.

A market with significant growth potential

Expanding into the DACH region marks an important step in Conclusion’s broader European ambition. The company aims to achieve €2 billion in revenue by 2030. This region offers significant growth potential for Conclusion to further roll out its successful ecosystem model, with at its base digital experience provider diva-e Conclusion and data & AI specialist Conclusion Intelligence. Conclusion differentiates itself through its unique ecosystem model, combining expertise to fully support clients in their digital transformation. This unique method provides clients with the benefits of a full-service provider, combined with deep expertise in specific areas.

Expanding expertise

Tilman Au (47) brings over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. A decade ago, he was one of the founders of diva-e, where he merged twelve companies into a leading player in the German market. With more than 800 digital experts, diva-e has become a well-known name in the DACH market. In 2024, Conclusion DACH realized a revenue of €115 million, which assures a strong foundation. As an European IT service provider, Conclusion is now able to support clients across the DACH region in various domains, including digital experience, software & development, cloud & mission-critical, enterprise applications, business consultancy, and data & AI. The company aims to further expand these capabilities in the DACH region through acquisitions and organic growth.

A European ecosystem

Conclusion currently operates ten offices in the region with diva-e Conclusion and Conclusion Intelligence, serving 214 clients, including major names such as ALDI SÜD, E.ON, ZF Friedrichshafen, Bentley by diva-e Conclusion as well as Bertelsmann and Deutsche Telekom by Conclusion Intelligence. With the launch of Conclusion in this region, clients will benefit from international support, marking the first steps toward building a large European ecosystem.
