Top placement in agency ranking 2023

diva-e gains a place and continues strong growth / Revenue increased to 95 million euros in 2022 / Growth through integrated digital services from a single source / Office opened in North America

In the current internet agency ranking of the German Digital Economy Association (BVDW), diva-e gains one place this year and rises to 7th place. With revenue of 94.78 million in 2022, diva-e continues to be one of the leading digital agencies in Germany and recorded growth of 9.8% despite the sale of the data center business in the fourth quarter. This result confirms the strategy of focusing on the high-growth core business in the areas of end-to-end e-commerce, digital consulting services and cloud platforms.

For this year, diva-e founder and CEO Tilman Au expects a further leap in growth to more than 100 million euros in sales. "With the successful support of our customers on the global markets, new technology partners and our holistic strategy, we are ideally positioned for the future," says Au. This is also confirmed by the Lünendonk study on market leaders in the field of digital experience services, which places diva-e in the same league as top international companies in the sector such as Deloitte, Accenture, IBM and PwC.

Global at the side of German world market leaders

Internationalization initiated: The opening of the US office in Cincinnati, Ohio, enables diva-e to align the digital commerce platforms of its globally active clients even better with local user habits, their culture, logistics and best practices. diva-e supports major German retailers and industrial companies in setting up and maintaining online platforms for the US and other international markets. "This will not be the only step we take to support companies on the global markets," explains diva-e founder and CCO Sirko Schneppe. "We already offer our application management services in different time zones with a 24-hour service."

Successful with holistic customer projects

In an intensely competitive environment, diva-e was not only able to expand its relationships with long-standing customers, but also acquire many new customers. With dmTECH, the IT subsidiary of the drugstore chain dm-drogerie markt, diva-e has started new projects after more than ten years of cooperation. A new online store solution for ordering spare parts, accessories and software was created for the photovoltaic manufacturer SMA Solar Technology AG and a 360-degree portal was set up for a better customer experience. Similar projects were carried out for many customers, including the European pet food market leader Fressnapf Group, the sensor manufacturer Ifm and the automotive supplier ZF Friedrichshafen AG. diva-e has built up a strong footprint in the automotive sector with customers such as Continental, Bentley and Mazda.

Companies demand holistic digital solutions

In recent years, the number of shopping and information channels has increased to such an extent that the technologies required have become unmanageable. In order to reduce complexity, better coordinate sales channels and technology and enable a comprehensive brand experience, diva-e has developed a holistic digital strategy for different scenarios. With its omnichannel platform strategy, data management, hosting and other services, diva-e has the answer to the growing customer need for integrated solutions from a single source, from strategy and design to implementation and operation.

"Our holistic approach covers the entire digital value chain," explains CEO Au. "In this way, we enable our customers to remain competitive in today's increasingly complex digital world and become digital champions."

Focusing on the challenges of the future

From supporting companies in the area of e-commerce and digital platforms, diva-e has expanded its offering to include integrated digital experience processes that, supported by artificial intelligence, enable completely new implementation concepts. "We now offer integrated business model, experience and technology consulting from a single source and ensure more online transactions for our customers," says CCO Sirko Schneppe.

As a leading company in the field of digital commerce, diva-e is a focal point for the developer community. At the end of April, diva-e organized the "Time to perform" festival, which was very well received. Here, executives, digital marketing managers, experts and interested companies were able to discuss new trends, discover performance solutions and try out successful online marketing in practical workshops. And in September, diva-e will be the official organizer and host of Europe's most important AEM developer conference adaptTo() in Berlin after a one-year break.
