First and foremost: we're glad you're here and want to get to know us. Most others would shove big customers and impressive projects in your face now. But that wouldn't be the diva-e spirit. Let's rather start with the main thing.
You're central here. Personal space, customized further education, remote work, workations – tell us what's important to you. We're best when every member of the team feels completely comfortable.

As a Transactional Experience Partner (TXP), we shape digitisation and drive it forward in an increasingly challenging, complex, dynamic digital world. Your fit with diva-e
No matter if you’re an apprentice, colleague or top management – we are not into formality at diva-e. We’re all on first name terms (and address each other as ‘du’ in German) and you will be too in your job interview and, of course, in the office. German is our main business language but, naturally, with the international nature of our work, English is an important language too. If German is not your mother tongue, we do not want you to feel excluded.
