You create concepts and solutions for digital products with a clear user focus. You analyse customer requirements, the potential target audience, the product and the competition and derive the best possible UX strategy. With mock-ups or prototypes, you test whether your ideas are technically feasible and satisfactory in practice. For this, you get further colleagues from other teams on board. You always have the customer's target group and optimal user experience in mind. Depending on the project size, you create smaller modules within a website or design complex new products and website relaunches. You are always responsible for at least one main project and sometimes support your teammates in other projects. Obviously, you have mastered various creative techniques and methods, and you also conduct workshops with your clients.

Apart from your passion for great user experiences, you are always open to new challenges, people and situations. Getting to grips with new trends and thinking outside the box is a pleasure not a pain. You are a team player and work closely together with your colleagues, because only together can we come up with a perfect concept, that is actually feasible in the end. You are able to think strategically and always keep an eye on the big picture. With your understanding nature, you will not only win over your team with your solution, but also your customers. In our diverse teams, in which you collaborate with colleagues from, for example, Project Management or Software Development, you work on contrasting customer projects. Depending on their size, our projects last between 6 months and several years. You always work on a customer project with diva-e colleagues with different roles, experience levels and possibly locations. Depending on the project, team sizes range between 3 and 20 diva-e employees.

During projects, you either work remotely or at the client’s premises, sometimes for several days. Of course, we try to keep travel to a minimum and to accommodate your personal circumstances. But unfortunately, in our industry, travel can’t always be avoided. The need to travel may be slightly higher at the start of the project, but then decline over time. What’s more, it’s important to us that you can work when and where you are most productive. Therefore, we also offer attractive mobile working options.

Depending on the assignment, you can look after your clients on smaller or complex digital projects. Quite often, you work for a longer period on a large project and get smaller projects in between, so you never get bored.

Either you’re responsible for clients right after the pitch documents arrive. You take the client's requirements into account, develop the creative idea and design the pitch. Or you look after on-going customer projects. In both cases, you develop living style guides, user interfaces, modules and templates in collaboration with the UX team. You hand over the results to the Software Development teams and oversee the project from there to quality assurance – and possibly beyond. Depending on your level of experience, you also take on a technical leadership role within the project.

Your design is synonymous with creative, on-trend thinking with maximum user experience. You're a far-sighted designer, who likes to question the well-tried staples, recognises the latest trends and techniques and is not afraid to try new things. From the creative idea to implementation: You have already gained experience in client projects and know how to perform in digital projects. Therefore, you also know that implementation is not the end and your expertise is also needed when going live and during quality assurance. Many of our projects are long-term ones, so your UI expertise is in demand beyond going live. We work agile. If this is new territory for you, no problem, we’re delighted to introduce you to this methodology. The main thing is for you to bring the openness needed.
