Great Place To Work award

As part of the annual Great Place To Work awards, an independent check of the workplace culture is carried out in the participating companies. In 2023, a representative sample of 146,746 employees were surveyed on various aspects of collaboration. These culture audits include aspects such as leadership, trust, recognition, promotion, care, collaboration, team spirit and identification with the company. This initiative was launched by Great Place to Work® and is supported by the Bundesverband mittelständischer Wirtschaft (BVMW), Demographie Netzwerk e.V. (ddn) and Initiative Ludwig-Erhard-Preis e.V..
