Torsten Green new CTO at diva-e

Torsten Green has been Chief Technology Officer (CTO) since January 1 and is therefore the "technical head" of the digital service provider diva-e, which is based in Munich. As the former Managing Director of zeros + ones in Munich, the 53-year-old is part of the founding team of diva-e, was most recently Managing Director of Enterprise Suites and will now be responsible in particular for the strategic integration of new technologies.

In recent years, he has played a key role in advancing partnerships with well-known technology companies such as Adobe and Salesforce and their implementation in complex customer projects, e.g. at EON, Postbank and Aldi Süd. American-born Green has been in the digital business for around 30 years. The use of artificial intelligence in particular will be a focus of technological development at the company this year, he says: "I am looking forward to playing a leading role in this topic of the future and expanding our expertise," Green emphasizes.

CEO Tilman Au sees the decision to implement a CTO as the strategic-technical head at diva-e as a logical step for the company's growth ambitions: "With more than 900 employees, we are one of the largest digital service providers in Germany. The newly created role of CTO acts as an interface between the Go To Market teams, the technical development departments and the delivery unit. As the founder of diva-e and a business IT specialist with an international background, Torsten has everything it takes to orchestrate these disciplines for the benefit of our customers and drive our growth areas forward," he says.

According to Au, diva-e plans to further expand its current ten locations in Germany, Bulgaria and the USA in 2024. The aim is also to further increase sales in Europe, particularly in the DACH region. The so-called smartshore approach plays a key role in this, whereby additional qualified foreign specialists are fully integrated into the team and the corresponding structures need to be expanded.
