But: Successful implementations of different applications are crucial in today's world of online marketing to reach customers across all channels. At diva-e, we are constantly working to improve our portfolio in this regard and have developed a new comprehensive integration of Adobe Commerce, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Target, AEP Event Forwarding, Adobe Journey Optimizer and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement. In the following we would like to explain how we proceeded:
A website is developed using Adobe Commerce, the tool for creating customized e-commerce platforms. This can then be easily linked to the Adobe Experience Platform by collecting the commerce interaction data and providing segments for all types of tools. These tools can be Adobe Target for onsite personalization, Adobe Journey Optimizer for email marketing or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement for CRM purposes.
