2024: Focus topics, highlights and learnings from our digital business

In 2024, everything at diva-e revolved around the motto #EmpoweringExperience - always with the aim of creating unforgettable digital experiences for your target groups. To generate attention for the key topics around digital experiences and to share our expertise and valuable learnings, we have launched a variety of initiatives: from analog and digital events to publications, success stories and new partnerships. Here are some focus topics and highlights for 2024:

Digital inclusion and accessibility

Digital accessibility has become a relevant topic for all e-commerce companies and providers of digital services this year. The reason: from June 2025, the Barrier-Free Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG) obliges operators of online stores to design their digital offerings in such a way that they can be easily accessed by people with various impairments.

To make it easier for you to implement the new mandatory measures next year, we have prepared all the important information on this topic in various formats:

Modern and innovative approaches for customer loyalty

The topic of loyalty also accompanied us through 2024 - the requirements for customer loyalty programs have changed rapidly in recent years. As a result, many measures that used to work are no longer up to date. The increasingly younger and digital customer base expects more than just points, rewards and discounts. This year, we have made it our mission to simplify the strategic planning of successful customer loyalty initiatives with the following formats and to show you the right steps to take to sustainably strengthen the loyalty of your target group.

  • In our loyalty white paper (German only), we outline innovative approaches for modern loyalty initiatives and give you specific recommendations for action.

  • Our guide The Headless Revolution in Retail provides tips on suitable technologies and methods for optimizing your customer experience and implementing modern loyalty programs.

Digital transformation and AI

Digital transformation and artificial intelligence - terms that have been generating a lot of buzz for years and will undoubtedly have arrived in all industries by 2024. Nevertheless, strategic change still seems to be a major challenge for many B2B and B2C organizations. The reasons are manifold: too little internal expertise in new technologies such as AI, little clarity about current customer requirements, rigid corporate structures and few agile processes. We have closed precisely these gaps with the following initiatives:

  • In our diva-e AI workshop, we used specific use cases from our daily business in SEO, content, paid advertising and user experience to show how AI can be used profitably.

diva-e and Conclusion: the new European powerhouse for digital experience and business transformation

A special highlight and important step towards strengthening our position as a leading transformation partner was our merger with the Dutch company Conclusion in June 2024. The common goal: to strengthen and actively drive forward our expertise in the field of digital transformation. Our strategic alliance with Conclusion combines the strengths of both companies: diva-e brings expertise in the areas of e-commerce, customer experience and digital platform solutions, while Conclusion offers a broad range of services in IT and process integration.

For us, this merger represents an important expansion of our service portfolio. And, most importantly, our customers will benefit from innovative technologies, comprehensive solutions and a Europe-wide network of experts who will accompany companies on their journey into the digital future.

Wrap-up: This was 2024 with diva-e

This was just a small selection of our highlights and activities related to our focus topics. We were part of many other exciting events in 2024, such as Spryker Excite, Salesforce Worldtour, K5 and Retail NXT. We hosted the adaptTo() 2024 developer conference and in October and November, our experts were represented at four Digital Bash events and spoke on the topics of happy patterns, the total customer experience, smart SEO solutions and content optimization.


Another thing we were really excited about this year: In the latest Lünendonk study, we are once again among the top market leaders and, alongside leading companies such as Deloitte and Accenture, are one of the most important providers of holistic digital experience services (DXS) in Germany.
